ION Restaurant (also known as It's Only Natural) is one of Connecticut's first vegan restaurants, and a Middletown landmark for more than 35 years. Originally begun by Chef Ken Bergeron, ION is now located directly across the street from It's Only Natural Market, and owned and operated by Renana Magee.

The Sweet Beet, LLC, Like No Udder, Gmonkey mobile, Ninth Square Market Caribbean Style, Yeah Dawg, Hardcore Sweet Cupcakes, Three Girls Vegan Creamery, Still Delicious, Garden Groove. All Compassionfest food vendors will be vending ONLY vegan food at Compassionfest. Please make note that some food caterers at this event may process non-vegan food at their commercial kitchen.
