So excited to have Compassion Co at this event! What is Compassion Co?
Animal rights activist owned and operated, Compassion Co. provides shirts that allow people to announce their cruelty free lifestyle to the world. We believe that the best way to affect social change is to lead by setting a positive example and creating opportunities for conversations with others. We want everyone to feel proud about where their clothing came from at every point during production. To achieve this, all our designs feature original hand drawn art that you won’t find anywhere else.

The Vegan Spirituality group of New Haven, CT are on board with Compassion Fest 2015! What is Vegan Spirituality?

This group is intended specifically for vegans interested in exploring or deepening the connections between their veganism and their existing or developing spiritual paths. Our monthly gatherings include readings and discussion of spiritual/ethical topics, mindful eating of delicious vegan food, guided meditations, and support for one another’s spiritual paths.

Katie Jones (on left) So happy that Compassionfest will have the support from those in the community making a positive difference in our everyday life. Who is Katie Jones? Katie does work with a local youth organization teaching our youth to identify environmental issues that could be a threat to our natural environment. She is just the kind of caring person we need more of in this world. <3

Proud to announce Artist Beth Potter has agreed to help out with Compassionfest by creating our 1st annual festival emblem. Who is Beth Potter? Well known in the communtiy for talents in tattooing. Outside of her professional career she is a animal advocate. Never having a dull moment with a Old English Bulldog by her side named "Storm". This fun-loving companion keeps life interesting enjoying nature walks, the beach, and cuddle time on the couch. Following pictures of Storm on Intagram has been a real treat getting insight into his happy dog life. <3
